Bio:
A versatile executive and management consultant with a 30 year track record of managing and advising organizations dealing with significant challenges – major transformation programs, unpredictable business performance, acquisitions, contract and client relationship issues,
misaligned business strategies, weak operating disciplines, and “turnaround situations”.

Broad experience – in North American markets, with private and public sector organizations, a range of industries, and exposure to a host of business models, management practices, and governance structures. Combined with rich functional experience gained in diverse senior management roles – operations, information technology, finance, business development, and strategic planning – this offers a compelling value proposition to clients.
