With over 25 years of executive experience spanning multiple industries, Kelli is recognized for her integrity and commitment to her clients with the proven ability to engage, motivate, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders through collaboration and authentic communication.

Kelli specializes in, and has a deep understanding of, the opportunities and challenges facing rural and under-serviced communities. She is one of the leading advisory experts in rural small-town Canada with a specialized practice in Indigenous Services.

Kelli is a Business Graduate from Sheridan College in Ontario, holds a Graduate Certificate from the University of Toronto in Risk Management, and holds a Master’s Degree in Disaster Emergency Management. Kelli has also completed her Certifications from both the University of Alberta and Indigenous Awareness Canada in Indigenous Studies. She also holds designations as a Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt, is a Certified Risk Manager, and a Certified Client Engagement Professional.

INDIGENOUS SERVICES

Recognizing and respecting the role traditional values play in planning and decision-making processes, Kelli works collaboratively with Indigenous Communities to improve healthcare, child/family services, and funding initiatives for community programming and infrastructure. Kelli also works with multiple industries and corporations advising on decolonization and Indigenization, as well as supporting their relations with Indigenous Communities.

PEOPLE SERVICES

Kelli is recognized for her ability to engage and build consensus within multi-stakeholder environments and is often sought out by municipalities for community engagement initiatives. She is recognized as an expert in managing complexity pertaining to employee engagement, organizational health, wellness, benefits, and total compensation, as well as developing hybrid workplace policy.

HEALTHCARE

Kelli has worked with many clients, corporations, and municipalities developing the strategic framework for mental health, substance use and addictions care, outpatient and inpatient treatment, and recovery management. Kelli also works closely with those organizations who provide retirement, assisted living, and long-term care for the aging population with a focus on mental health and well-being for seniors and their families.

Resilience & Recovery Services

With a background in disaster management, Kelli works with communities on their preparedness and recovery initiatives in relation to natural disasters.  

FUNDING STRATEGIES & GRANT WRITING SERVICES

Kelli has a dedicated practice designed to support communities and non-profits in establishing a funding plan to move initiatives forward while considering goals, deadlines, and anticipated needs. Her unique insight into funding strategies and proposals has helped Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities as well as many non-profits obtain funding for a variety of initiatives; from youth programs, to family services, to infrastructure to healthcare, education, and anything in between. As an experienced proposal writer, Kelli supports funding applications based on the criteria of all available funding sources.
