Elisabeth is a high-performing, results driven, senior HR business professional with over a decade of experience advising and supporting senior executives. She has demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategy, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management programs.

Elisabeth helps her clients get better business results by making better decisions about people. Utilizing empirically based assessment and 360 Feedback tools, she advises businesses on hiring, on succession planning, and on getting the most out of people at all levels within the organization.

She has designed and facilitated various leadership development and teambuilding programs. These programs have ranged from comprehensive courses delivered over a period of years to two hour team building workshops. She utilizes adult learning principles to maximize retention and achieve on the job change.

Prior to joining WMC, Elisabeth worked with a Professional Services company specializing in business process consulting and information systems development. She also served as the senior HR professional at a New Media company which developed several top selling computer games in conjunction with Nintendo. During her tenure at these companies, both won several top employer awards.

Her Masters in Psychology, and Executive Education in Human Resources, supports her understanding of interpersonal dynamics while her business acumen allows her to integrate the practicalities of achieving business goals.

Elisabeth currently serves on the Board of Lumerical Solutions, a privately owned, Vancouver-based company delivering modelling software products and services to support companies and university groups developing next generation photonic products.
