Eric Pianarosa has been an active management consultant for over twenty-five years. Eric strongly believes in the importance of linking execution to strategy working with his clients to ensure individuals and project teams remain aligned to organizational objectives. In addition, he assists his clients in driving for maximum value from his services, their personnel and their assets. His extensive experience working in a wide variety of industries including not-for-profit, associations, professional services, telecommunications, and energy is of significant value to his clients as they experience emerging issues and opportunities. Eric’s practice at WMC is focused on Change Leadership, Business Transformation, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Asset Value Maximization and Conflict Resolution.

Eric achieved a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University focused on Finance and Management Information Systems. He was awarded the title of University Scholar and named to the President’s List. Eric completed the Certified Management Consultant designation in 2000, finishing in the Top 10 in Canada and first in Calgary. He completed MIT’s Change Leadership program and is certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology.

Eric’s affinity for languages has served him well in his work and his travels. He is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish. Locally, Eric volunteers with the Mustard Seed and other social serving agencies where he offers ongoing consulting support to the organization’s leadership team on a probono basis. Internationally, Eric has worked as a Human Rights Observer in Guatemala and as the interim Executive Director for Edzimkulu – A society for Children of AIDS in South Africa. He is a Kung Fu black belt student and instructor.
