Kevin Noronha is a Management Consultant with WMC’s Vancouver Office.  With over 18 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Kevin has held senior level positions both as an internal Human Resources leader and as an external Management Consultant. He has worked both internally and externally with organizations to support their business goals through designing, implementing and executing on their HR and talent management strategy.

Prior to running an independent practice and joining WMC, Kevin spent the past 5 years as the Regional Vice President for a global consulting organization specializing in career and talent management solutions. In this role, Kevin was responsible for leading and mentoring the business development and the delivery consulting teams in Western Canada, Washington and Oregon. He was also a member of the Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing the firm’s business strategy in the Americas West Region. Prior to joining Right Management, Kevin spent 8 years as the Vice President, Client Development with Toronto-based MICA Consulting Partners (now LHH/Knightsbridge Human Capital).

Kevin has a broad range of experience working with Fortune 1000 clients in a broad range of industries and sectors. He has worked with all levels of an organization, building trusted and long-term relationships with decision makers and leaders within his client organizations.  As a leadership coach and consultant, Kevin takes a pragmatic and business-focused approach in helping leaders achieve their accountabilities and results for their organizations. He has had experience coaching line leaders, executives and high-potentials in technology, financial services, mining, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, not-for-profit sectors across Canada and internationally.

In addition to his experience in professional services as a Management Consultant, Kevin has held internal leadership positions in Human Resources and Talent Management roles within Financial Services, Government (HRDC) and Post-Secondary Educational Institutions.

In addition to his M.A. in Organizational Development, Graduate Degree in Adult Education and B.A. in Industrial Relations & Psychology, Kevin is certified in Management Research Group’s Leadership Effectiveness 360° Analysis® (LEA 360°), SHL’s Occupational Personality Assessment OPQ®) and the McQuaig Job and Role Profile Assessments®. He has used his expertise in assessments to support selection, development and succession planning solutions in his clients’ organizations. He also has facilitated leadership assessment feedback, action-planning, group action learning sessions and individual coaching using Kouzes & Posner’s Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI).
