Marissa Warshawski has been with WMC since 2012 and specializes in strategy, project management and change management. Past project experience includes: facilitating a large scale move project for an oil and gas client; developing training and communications materials for a mining client; and developing strategic plans, conducting shared service reviews and performing organizational structure reviews and implementations for municipal clients.
When working with her clients, Marissa’s approach includes a focus on people, collaborative problem solving and ensuring the engagement exceeds expectations. Prior to joining WMC, Marissa worked in the public sector and gained a deep appreciation and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations with large, complex systems. As a result of her unique education, combined with significant project experience, Marissa has developed strong presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Marissa has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation with a commitment to the profession of management consulting and its code of ethics.
