Dale has extensive skills and experience in the areas of management consulting and information technology management including strategic planning, social media networking analysis, organization design, business process improvement, project management and change management in a variety of industries throughout the world.
EDUCATION / ACHIEVEMENTS
Dale is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant. In addition, he has a Business Administration Diploma (major in Marketing) from Mount Royal University. He was one of eight Canadians in 2001 to receive his Fellowship (FCMA) with the Society of Management Accountants of Canada (total membership over 43,000). In 2013, Dale was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal from the Governor General of Canada for his contributions to the country.
With a consulting career spanning over 25 years (12 years with Ernst & Young, 13 years with Western Management Consultants and 3 years with Hewlett Packard) he has conducted numerous engagements involving strategic planning, operational assessments, organization design, business process improvement, system implementations and large scale program/project management.
Dale has performed a variety of significant projects on a local, national and international basis in a variety of industry sectors including: Banking, Education, Energy, Government, Healthcare, High Technology, Military, Non-Profit/Associations, Professional Services, and Transportation.
COMMUNITY / VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Over the years Dale has been an active member in a number of professional and community based organizations including the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (National Strategic Planner), Society of Management Accountants of Alberta (Provincial Council Chairman), and the Canadian Information Processing Society of Canada (30 Year Member).
