Kimberley Shuya has almost a decade of industry experience including a diverse project leadership background in municipal work, the utility sector and technology which has earned her high regard for her strong technical skills and cross-functional team leadership. She prides herself on successfully turning over newly developed processes, training and learnings from each project back to the business.
She is committed to working collaboratively with clients to develop analytics-based strategies, implement agile project delivery and administer lean process improvement and change management. Kimberley is well-equipped to successfully address the complex challenges facing businesses of all sizes.
Kimberley is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate at Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) from the University of Alberta with a specialization in business economics and strategic management. She is fully bilingual in English and French with additional training in Project Leadership, Lean Six Sigma and Corporate Social Responsibility.
