Today, private and public sector organizations manage operations and IT services through combined in-house and outsourced arrangments. Nancy helps organizaitons establish effective governance and achieve the optimal balance between control and performance when outsourcing critical business functions.
Nancy also provides coaching to senior executives on transformation within the organization and working with functional leaders to improve delivery methodologies and performance.
Prior to joining WMC, Nancy held a succession of executive roles in Operations, IT and Risk at Interac and Capital One in both the US and Canada. Before joining Capital One, Nancy was a management consultant with Thorne Stevenson & Kellogg, and Dillon Consulting.
Nancy stays active out of the office splitting her time between sailing on Lake Ontario, cottaging in Muskoka and skiing as much as possible in the winter.
Nancy is a partner at WMC. She holds a B.Sc. – University of Guelph; B. Ed. – University of Toronto; and an M.B.A. – Schulich School of Business York University.
