For 20+ years Rick has been a senior leader for global leading companies. He has led teams of 1,400, and has been accountable for growth of a $1.2B business and worked extensively throughout North & South America, Australia and Europe.  An in-depth experience structuring and leading B2B organizations with a high degree of customer touch point, Rick uniquely possesses a career anchored in sports, leisure and recreation.

Rick’s consulting practice is targeted to Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver solutions to complex business challenges.  A values-based decision-maker, Rick’s reach is extensive for integrating, expanding and aligning operations and sales to bolster value and increase profit.

He has strong passion for assisting Indigenous communities’ aggregate commercial opportunities leading to scale and sustainable economic development. Rick played a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement leading to numerous Indigenous joint venture relationships with industry in Alaska and coast-to-coast of Canada.

Described as a change agent and transformational leader, Rick further refined his skills having completed the Queens University, School of Business, Executive Management Program.

Rick is a volunteer trip leader with Alpine Club of Canada where he led numerous trips in the backcountry for skiing.  He has earned his Canadian Ski Instructors Association Level III and Canadian Ski Coaches Federation Level II. He is also a former race committee chairman for the Lake Ontario Race/Yacht Council. This, in addition to cycling 6,000 km/summer rounds out his love of adventure and sports leadership.
