WMC is honoured to partner with the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government in the search of their next Chief Administrative Officer.
A modern treaty Nation under the Maa-nulth Final Agreement, Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ is guided by a strong financial foundation and a dedicated staff of more than 100. Located in Ucluelet on Vancouver Island’s breathtaking west coast, the Nation is building toward a future of cultural revitalization, sustainable development, and responsive governance.
Reporting to the Executive, the Chief Administrative Officer will be the senior administrative leader for the Nation, overseeing policy, planning, human resources, and financial management. The CAO will guide operations, support governance, and strengthen intergovernmental relationships while advancing priorities such as housing, education, economic development, and cultural renewal.
