Chief Operating Officer – Nan wúújǫ anawúúdle Restoration Society

WMC is proud to partner with Nan Wùujo Anawoodléy Restoration Society in the search for their next Chief Operating Officer.

Nan Wùujo Anawoodléy Restoration Society, meaning “Land Good Again” in the Dane-zaa language, advances Indigenous-led restoration initiatives guided by Blueberry River First Nations. Established within a legally grounded restoration framework, the Society is committed to strengthening land, culture, and community through accountability, operational excellence, and long-term stewardship.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer is the senior internal operations leader, responsible for translating strategic direction into strong systems, clear accountability, and sustainable organizational infrastructure across the Restoration and Administration Divisions.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and strengthen the operational backbone of a transformative, Indigenous-led restoration initiative with long-term impact.
