WMC is excited to partner with the Heskw’en’scutxe Health Services Society (HHSS) in their search for a compassionate and capable leader to oversee the delivery of community-based healthcare for the Siska and Cook’s Ferry Bands.
As Manager, and sole employee of the Board of Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HHSS. From leading a dedicated team and guiding the organization through accreditation, to managing health programs and advocating for community health priorities, this is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful, culturally grounded change.
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in health or social services, including three in a leadership role, and a background in health administration, nursing, social work, or a related field. Knowledge of First Nations health governance, accreditation, and funding processes is essential.
This is more than just a management role, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the Siska and Cook’s Ferry communities.
