Christy Ciezki brings 15 years’ experience to WMC in human resources, career development and training design and delivery. She has worked in both the private sector and the federal government. Some of her projects have included human resources needs assessments, recruitment and retention strategies, leadership development tools and strategies, and executive search.

Christy has a B.Sc. (Psych) and M.Ed. from the University of Alberta. She served as the Vice President, Corporate Alumni Relations on the University of Alberta Alumni Council 2017-2019 and is currently serving as a Senator.

Christy specializes in leadership development, personal and team development, and effective communication. She is passionate about working with both teams and individuals to recognize and develop talents, collaborate more effectively, and build engagement. Christy’s practice includes executive coaching, HR assessment and strategy development, and training/facilitation. She is qualified to administer a number of psychometric assessment tools for both teams and individuals.

Executive Search

Christy is experienced in executive search, having worked with clients in the not-for-profit, private, and public sectors. She brings her understanding of leadership assessment and development to the search practice to find candidates who not only have the right talent and experience, but also align with the client’s culture and values.
