Christy Ciezki brings 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources. She partners with public, private, and non-profit organizations to deliver practical, people-centred solutions, ranging from HR strategy and organizational reviews to executive search, coaching, and custom training. A skilled facilitator and certified coach, Christy designs and leads team alignment and leadership development programs that build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and translate strategy into day-to-day behaviours. She is certified in psychometric assessment tools such as MBTI, EQ-i, and TTI Success Insights.
Christy holds a B.Sc. (Psych) and an M.Ed. from the University of Alberta. She is a Certified Management Consultant and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She previously served as Vice President, Corporate Alumni Relations on the University of Alberta Alumni Council (2017-2019) and currently serves as a Senator.
