John’s credentials include certifications in Human Resources (CPHR, SHRM-SCP), Change Management (Prosci CP), and Agile Leadership (SAFe 5 Agilist), with degrees in Business (BCom, University of Alberta) and the Arts (MFA, California Institute of the Arts).
