Based on existing and anticipated growth, our Toronto Office is seeking to add a number of experienced business consultants to its team, whose expertise includes one or more of our 3 main practice areas:
Leadership Development, Assessment and Coaching
Organizational Development, Operational Efficiencies and associated Strategic Planning
Exciting opportunities await qualified candidates who, in addition to seeing the merits of building a business within an established national firm, understand the advantages of working directly with others in providing integrated solutions to fulfill client needs. This opportunity includes those who may wish to become Partners/Owners of the business.
The Ideal Candidate(s)
It is anticipated that the successful candidate(s) will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as it relates to one or more of the aforementioned practice areas. This experience may have included working for another management consulting firm or independently, and will be complemented with a university degree (post-graduate preferred). The ability to initiate, refer and develop new business is mandatory. As assignments often include multi-discipline expertise, a willingness to work directly with colleagues is also required. Flexibility and versatility in working with both the public and private sectors is highly desirable.
In fulfilling these roles, candidates will maintain a high level of client focus and possess the necessary interpersonal skills in working with others. Accordingly, consultants will be self- starting, goal oriented, collegial, collaborative, and respectful. Moreover, these individuals will be willing to accept personal accountability for their own success, with ongoing support from trusted partners.
