WMC is proud to partner with BC Indigenous Housing Society in the search for a Chief Financial Officer. This is a compelling opportunity to step into a dynamic environment where major new property and land development projects, system modernization, and organizational growth are shaping an exciting chapter for BCIHS.
The CFO will guide financial strategy and governance, lead transformation of financial systems and policies, and provide clear, forward-looking insight to the CEO and Board as the organization expands its impact. We are seeking a CPA with deep financial leadership experience, strong operational grounding, and a collaborative, servant leadership style that supports teams through change. Candidates who bring experience working with Indigenous communities, and an understanding of the impacts of historical injustices, will be especially well aligned with this role and BCIHS’s mission.
