Lands Manager – Cook’s Ferry Indian Band

WMC is honoured to partner with Cook’s Ferry Indian Band in the search for their next Lands Manager.

Cook’s Ferry Indian Band is a Nlaka’pamux government located in the Thompson River Valley of British Columbia. The Band is committed to the responsible stewardship of its lands, guided by accountability, community knowledge, and respect for Nlaka’pamux values.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Lands Manager is a member of the leadership team and provides strategic oversight of lands governance, referrals management, environmental stewardship, and land-based initiatives, supporting informed decision-making by Chief and Council.

This is a key leadership opportunity to help protect Cook’s Ferry lands and advance strong, community-driven lands management for the benefit of generations to come.
