Chalmers Foundation, a private, not-for-profit provider of affordable senior living, is creating a new role to bring hotel-calibre hospitality to everyday life at Rideau. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead Recreation, Concierge, Housekeeping and Kitchen Services, build hospitality standards from the ground up, and shape the moments that make every resident feel known, respected and at home.
We’re looking for a hospitality leader from hotels and resorts, cruise lines, private members’ clubs, restaurants or senior living, with strong people leadership and a genuine enjoyment of working with older adults.
