Safe Harbour is a community-based non-profit organization in Red Deer, Alberta, providing integrated recovery-oriented services for individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, and housing instability. Through a model that combines Indigenous and Western approaches to healing, the organization has become a recognized leader in community-based detox, stabilization, and recovery services.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Medical Detox Manager will lead Safe Harbour’s 20-bed Medical Detox Unit, supporting clinical excellence, operational consistency, trauma-informed care, and staff leadership within a complex, high-acuity environment.
